1.Develop sales in various industries including diesel engine, Oil & Gas, and Construction Machinery.
2.Proactively explore and develop relations with potential customers.
3.Increase sales through the targeting of key accounts and by means of focused activity.
4.Develop sales plans for each key and key target account based on the annual sales planning process.
5.Maintain close relationship with existing customers and provide services to their satisfaction. Achieve superior communication, technical and product skills in order to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
6.Conduct market survey and assessment. Develop marketing and sales plans for individual customer group.
7.Attend trade shows and promote products.
8.Communicate with US headquarter for market information sharing, product improvement, customization projects, etc.
1.Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering.
2.At least three years of sales experience in the following fields for industrial engine applications: Oil & Gas Equipment, Construction Machinery, Generator sets, Marine, or Industrial stationary equipment such as compressors, pumps.
3.Working experience and knowledge of diesel engines and associated instruments.
4.Customer-driven, self-motivated, can work independently and withstand pressure.
5.Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
6.Good in reading and writing English. Good verbal English will be a big plus.
